Description	In her interviews with Joslyn Olnes on July 27, 2005 and February 14, 2006, Susan Bennion, who was a principal research analyst at the Idaho Capitol, offered her memories of the Idaho State Capitol. Bennion spoke of the time period between the 1960s and 2005. In her first interview, Bennion recalled coming to work for Myron Schlecte, the director of the legislative council. She discussed the reapportionment of government in 1965 and 1970 due to population changes, and talked about her own educational and family background. This interview was conducted for the Idaho State Capitol oral history project, a joint project of the Idaho State Historical Society, Idaho Capitol Commission, and Riverstone Community School.
