Company 2527 members lined up to spray pesticide dust on crickets. Direct contact between insect and dust is the most effective. Early morning hours were safest times to dust for the crews.

Work Project 728 showing dead and alive crickets. Workers from Camp DG-3 completed this pest control project. One rancher doubled his crops in 1936 over 1935 because of the cricket control program.
